All components, manuals, accessories, and serial numbers must match the original shipment.
Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it within 8–10 business days. If the product meets our return criteria:
A refund will be issued to the original payment method.
In some cases, a restocking fee of up to 15% may be applied, especially for opened or non-defective items.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
If the item is returned damaged, incomplete, or not in resale condition, a partial refund or denial may apply.
Refunds will not be issued for:

Opened software, licenses, or activation keys
Consumables such as printer cartridges, if opened
