Refund Policy

At Server Tech Central, we are committed to providing high-quality IT products and a reliable shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a transparent refund process in line with our 30-day return policy.

Refund Eligibility

To qualify for a refund:

  • Your return must be approved and include a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  • The product must be undamaged, unused, and returned in the original packaging.

  • All components, manuals, accessories, and serial numbers must match the original shipment.

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it within 8–10 business days. If the product meets our return criteria:

  • A refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Deductions and Restocking Fees

  • In some cases, a restocking fee of up to 15% may be applied, especially for opened or non-defective items.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

  • If the item is returned damaged, incomplete, or not in resale condition, a partial refund or denial may apply.

Refund Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Products marked as non-returnable or final sale

  • Opened software, licenses, or activation keys

  • Consumables such as printer cartridges, if opened

  • Items returned without an authorized RMA

Refund Timeline

  • Inspection: 2–3 business days after receiving the return

  • Processing: 5–7 business days for refund to appear

  • Total Time: 8–10 business days from receipt of returned item
