Return Window

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted unless due to a product defect or shipping error.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging.

  • The product must be in resellable condition.

  • All original accessories, manuals, and documentation must be included.

  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained before sending back the item.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Software and licensing keys

  • Opened printer cartridges or toners

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Custom or special order parts

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper installation

How to Request a Return

We will provide you with an RMA number and return instructions. Please do not return any item without prior authorization.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item, damaged, or defective), we will provide a prepaid return label.

  • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.

  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to be processed after the return has been received.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged, incomplete, or non-functional, please notify us within 3 days of delivery. We will arrange a prompt replacement or refund.
