You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted unless due to a product defect or shipping error.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging.
The product must be in resellable condition.
All original accessories, manuals, and documentation must be included.
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained before sending back the item.
Certain items are non-refundable, including but not limited to:
Software and licensing keys
Opened printer cartridges or toners
Clearance or final sale items
Custom or special order parts
Products damaged due to misuse or improper installation

We will provide you with an RMA number and return instructions. Please do not return any item without prior authorization.
If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item, damaged, or defective), we will provide a prepaid return label.
For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to be processed after the return has been received.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
If your product arrives damaged, incomplete, or non-functional, please notify us within 3 days of delivery. We will arrange a prompt replacement or refund.
