1. Payment Terms

• All invoices are due and payable in full within 30 calendar days from the date of invoice (“Net 30”).
• Payments not received within this period will be considered overdue.

2. Credit Approval

• Net 30 terms are extended only to approved customers upon completion and verification of a credit application.
• Server Tech Central (DBA: computer4sales) reserves the right to reduce, suspend, or revoke credit terms at any time based on payment history, account activity, or credit review.

3. Late Payments

• A late payment fee of 1.5% per month (18% per annum) or the maximum allowed by law, whichever is lower, may be applied to all overdue balances.
• Customers will be responsible for any collection costs, attorney fees, or third-party charges incurred in recovering overdue payments.

4. Orders & Invoicing

• Invoices will be issued upon shipment of goods unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Customer is responsible for verifying order accuracy upon receipt. Any disputes must be raised within 7 business days of invoice date.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Hardware returns are subject to prior authorization and must comply with the company’s Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Policy.
• Restocking fees may apply. Customs or special-order products are non-returnable.

6. Shipping & Risk of Loss

• All goods are shipped FOB (Free on Board) from Server Tech Central’s warehouse or supplier facility, unless otherwise specified.
• Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon carrier acceptance.

7. Warranty

• All products are covered under manufacturer’s standard warranty unless stated otherwise in writing.
• Server Tech Central makes no additional warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Suspension of Services

Server Tech Central reserves the right to suspend or withhold further shipments or services if payment obligations are not met.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas, USA without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with invoices and any signed agreements, constitute the entire agreement between Server Tech Central and the Customer regarding payment obligations.
