The ATA 187 analog telephone adaptor is a handset-to-Ethernet adaptor. It features two voice ports,(each with an independent phone number) a single RJ-45 10/100 data port, and T.38 Fax Relay. With these features, it supports two analog devices(phones, fax machines), transmission and receiving of VoIP signals, and enables remote management. Plus G.711, G.729, G.726, iLBC voice codecs compress and decompress audio signals.
