The HP 5400R zl2 Switch Series is a next-generation modular switch designed for enterprise edge and SMB and branch office core deployments. The 5412R chassis supports up to 288 autosensing 10/100/1000 ports, 288 SFP ports, 96 SFP+ ports, 96 HPE Smart Rate Multi-Gigabit ports, or 24 40GbE ports, or a combination. It is based on the 6th generation ProVision ASIC with a 2 Tbps crossbar switching fabric and features redundant management and power systems for enhanced availability.
