Don’t expose your Hard Drive and valuable data to unnecessary heat! The SAT3510U2B includes a built-in 40mm fan that re-distributes the heat build-up generated as a result of typical drive operation. This feature is especially important for larger volume storage (750GB, 1TB hard drives), and faster “spinning" drives (i.e 7200 RPM), as it can help optimize drive operability and in turn preserve stored data integrity. Constructed of durable but lightweight aluminum, it's an ideal add-on external storage solution for maintaining data integrity, mobilizing data, or convenient backup. Highly configurable software offers the ability to pre-define backup tasks - allowing for fast, easy backup and archiving of valuable data.
