The board uses the Intel C741 chipset and provides 32 DDR5 DIMM slots supporting ECC RDIMM and 3DS RDIMM memory. It offers advanced expansion through four PCIe 5.0 x16 slots and two AIOM slots, while eight MCIO connectors provide PCIe 5.0 x8 NVMe connectivity. Two M.2 slots, eight SATA 6Gb/s ports, an Aspeed AST2600 BMC, VGA output and TPM 2.0 support make the X13DEM suitable for demanding enterprise, data center and compute server deployments.
