QNAP VS-8032U-RP VioStor NVR (Network Video Recorder) is the high-end 8-bay, 2U chassis network surveillance system designed for high quality megapixel recording, mass storage capacity and high performance real-time monitoring. The VioStor NVR is a highly reliable standalone NVR with powerful surveillance features. Based on Linux OS, the NVR supports 32-channel H.264, MxPEG, MPEG-4, and M-JPEG recording from over 800 network camera models from 36 popular brands, e.g. AXIS, ACTi, A-MTK, Arecont Vision, AVTECH, Canon, Cisco, CNB, Brickcom, DIGITUS, D-Link, EDIMAX, ELMO, EtroVision, GANZ, Hikvision, iPUX, IPX, IQeye, LevelOne, Linksys, Messoa, MOBOTIX, NAKAYO, Panasonic BB/ BL/ i-Pro, SANYO, SHANY, SONY, TOA, TOSHIBA, TRENDnet, Videosec, VIOSECURE, VIVOTEK & Y-CAM.
