It is a solution with the benefits of affordable price and large storage capacity, which is ideal for SMB (Small/ Medium Business) users who have networked storage requirements across Windows and Mac environments and users who desire to maintain the server by themselves instead of the MIS people. TS-401T is easy and friendly to use with elegant design and embedded with multiple powerful management functions. Installation and management of the system can be simply configured via the multilingual web interface by IE browser even for non IT professionals. With 4 hot swappable SATA disks, instant/ scheduled remote replication, USB CD/DVD burning backup and other value-added features, TS-401T satisfies the need of SMB users for easy-to-use and highly reliable storage device, and acquires variety data protection. The most secure and efficient way to protect your data by RAID 5 and Hot Spare. JBOD, RAID 0, 1, 5 and single disk configurations are provided to offer the users the most complete options for data protection. Hot spare is supported in RAID 5. When a hard drive fails, the system will start rebuilding data onto the hot spare disk. There is no need to replace the failed drive immediately. High reliability by RAID 1 mirroring. TS-401T provides the best solution by supporting RAID 1 mirroring for 24x7 non-stop service and easy maintenance. The intelligent on-line data rebuilding capability allows users to replace a failed drive by hot swap, this enables automatic data rebuilding to the new drive without suffering from any system downtime. Leading RAID technology- RAID Recovery. A breakthrough in the RAID technology which offers the best way to restore data in case two disks fail at the same time in RAID 5 mode.
