Dell EMC PowerSwitch S3148 Ethernet Switch

The Dell PowerSwitch S3148 is a high-performance managed Ethernet switch from the S3100 series, designed for non-blocking access. It offers a power-efficient and resilient Gigabit Ethernet (GbE) switching solution with integrated 10GbE uplinks, suitable for advanced Layer 3 distribution in office and campus networks. The switch utilizes a non-blocking architecture for wire-speed performance and supports dual internal hot-swappable 80PLUS-certified power supplies for high availability and power efficiency. It features 48 ports and supports stacking architecture for managing up to 12 switches from a single IP address. It runs Dell Networking OS9 and supports VLT, VRF-lite, and the Dell Embedded Open Automation Framework. The S3148 model specifically has 48 x 1GbE RJ45 ports and 2 x 10GbE SFP+ uplink ports, with a switching capacity of 260Gb/s. Note that the S3148 does not support PoE, unlike the S3148P model.
