The LongView 1000U extends a keyboard, monitor, mouse, speakers, microphone and serial port up to 300 metres away from your computer or Avocent KVM switch. It has significant video quality, distance, multiplatform and peripheral support enhancements on the LongView extension solutions. The system has a unique auto tuning feature that automatically compensates for both video skew and signal degradation over standard UTP cable without compromising the user experience.The LV1000U extender can be connected directly to a single computer in a point to point configuration or many computers through the local port of an Avocent KVM switch. - Automatic compensation of video skew delivers clear video up to 300 metres away - No manual adjustment required - Supports Video resolutions up to 1600 x 1200. The recommended resolution setting at 300 metres is 1280 x 1024 - Easily connects to USB computers - Supports PS/2 and USB keyboard and mouse at the user station - The OSD gives easy access to configuration setup and system information - The single cable to user design simplifies installation and moves - The design supports connection to a second user up to 300 metres away with an additional receiver - Single wire solution to the desk / user station - Supports Moves, Adds and Changes
