Product Description
It allows the use of USB printers attached to a parallel port. No drivers or software are required for all systems. It supports printing functionality only; scanning, PC-Fax, and software toolboxes are not supported. It is not compatible with host-based printers, GDI printers, or printers designed exclusively for Microsoft Windows. Requires a DB25 parallel socket on the host and a USB printer with a Type 'B' socket. Requires PCL or PostScript printer compatibility. The adapter includes a built-in AC adapter for power and comes with international plug adapters. It supports LPT modes: Unidirectional, Bi-directional, and IEEE1284.4 Bi-directional.
