The FAN7380 is a monolithic half-bridge gate-drive IC for MOSFETs and IGBTs that operate up to +600 V. onsemi's high-voltage process and common-mode noise cancelling technique provide stable operation of high-side driver under high-dv/dt noise circumstances.
