The Vac-Man® Laboratory Vacuum Manifold is a sturdy, chemical-resistant manifold capable of processing 20 samples simultaneously. Each Vac-Man® Manifold is supplied with 20 individual Luer-Lok® Stopcocks, so each port is controlled individually. The Spinlock II Adapters can be attached to the upper row of stopcocks for easy manipulation of the stopcock valves. It is designed for use with nucleic acid purification systems from Promega, such as PureYield™ Plasmid prep columns and Wizard® SV minicolumns (requiring Vacuum Adapters). It eliminates the need to handle waste during nucleic acid purification. The unit includes the Manifold, 20 Stopcocks, a Neoprene Stopper, and Spinlock II Adapters.
