The MSA20 delivers the ideal mix of low-cost and high capacity, for minimum I/O workloads such as reference data, archiving, and disk-to-disk backup. The MSA20 provides storage capacity of up to 12 TB per enclosure (using 1 TB SATA disk drives). The HP StorageWorks Modular Smart Array family delivers simple, affordable storage technology to meet today's demanding and growing IT needs. These storage solutions offer the best price/performance and best price/availability features for direct attach environments, small clusters, workgroups and entry-level SAN environments. Each solution is designed to be easy to deploy, secure, and reduce management costs, while driving rapid return on investment. • The Modular Smart Array 20 cabinet supports up to twelve 1-inch SATA hard drives, for a maximum of 12 TB of storage capacity using HP 1 TB SATA hard drives.
