An LTO cartridge on a shelf is immune to ransomware, accidental deletion, and account compromise, which is why the classic 3-2-1 backup rule keeps a tape copy in so many compliance regimes. We stock standalone LTO drives (SAS and Fibre Channel), autoloaders and small libraries for hands-off rotation, plus cartridges and cleaning media.
